Mike Wilcox, CEO
Mike graduated from Midland Lutheran College in 1971 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 1973, he received his Certified Public Accountant’s Certificate. Mike became a stockholder in the accounting firm of Goracke and Wilcox in 1976 where he developed expertise in accounting and consulting for various types of senior housing. He is currently President of Wilcox Professional Services, L.L.P., an accounting firm and is past Chairman of the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy
Mike has been a presenter on numerous occasions for the Nebraska and Kansas Health Care Associations on various aspects of elderly housing. He helped draft the reimbursement regulations and forms for Nebraska Health Care.
In addition to being the CEO of Dimensions, Mike is also past President of Planned Health Services, Inc., a company that specialized in nursing home management. Mike has ownership in an accounting firm and five assisted living/residential care/dementia care facilities.
Jean Wilcox, President
Jean is a graduate of Wayne State College with a Bachelors degree in mathematics and also a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Masters degree in mathematics education with a computer emphasis. Before joining Dimensions, Jean spent 27 years in public education, the last eleven years teaching computer applications.
She joined the senior living company in 1999. Jean coordinates the technology with Adam Jungjohann in our senior living communities. She does the Medicaid billings, handles employee benefits, and enjoys working with the community atmosphere in each building, including the flooring, furniture and décor. Jean was named the Executive of the Year in Housing and Caring for Seniors by Cambridge Who’s Who in 2007.
Amy Wilcox-Burns, Operations Officer
my is a graduate of Drake University with a Bachelors degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She joined the senior living company in 1997 and is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in both Kansas and Nebraska. She became the Director of Operations in 2000. Amy is responsible for all aspects of the operations in our senior living communities. This includes policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, budgeting and fiscal compliance, human resources, resident services, food service and other areas of community operations. She and other Dimensions staff perform quality assurance checks and oversee the care of our residents.
Ryan Burns, Financial Officer
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. After working in the banking business for several years, he joined the senior living company in 2000. Ryan establishes and oversees the financial systems in our senior living communities, including accounts receivable and payable, financial statements, budgets, as well as being in charge of the payroll. He also manages the property, auto, workman’s compensation, and liability insurance on all our properties.
