- Assisting with analyzing the market study.
- Assisting the Owner and architect in developing a building plan.
- Assisting the Owner in decorating and furnishing the facility so
that it is senior friendly.
- Assisting the Owner in developing an overall project cost.
- Assisting in the preparation of the financial projections for the
project.
- Assisting the Owner in obtaining necessary licenses from the
state.
- Assisting the Owner in developing a comprehensive marketing
plan including advertising and hosting special events.
- Assisting the Owner in pre-marketing the facility.
- Preparing a marketing brochure.
- Developing a contact list.
- Educating the public and surrounding communities about our
philosophy for assisted living.
- Preparing a resident contract and handbook for the facility.
- Preparing employee manuals and various policy and procedure
manuals for the facility.
- Assisting with the interviewing, hiring, and training of an
Executive Director for the facility.
- Preparing staffing schedules for the various departments in the
facility.
- Aiding the Executive Director in hiring the various departmental
heads.
- Training the staff – health care, kitchen, office, activities, etc.
- Consulting on problems that will arise.
The Management services that Dimensions in Senior Living, LLC provides
include:
- General management of the facility.
- Billing and collection of accounts.
- Monitoring the purchasing of food, equipment, operating
supplies and other materials.
- Supervising accounts payable.
- Monitoring the administration, supervision and scheduling of all
resident and other services.
- Establishing and maintaining insurance coverage.
- Establishing a benefits package for the employees, such as
health insurance and Simple IRA.
- Negotiating contracts necessary or advisable for the furnishing
of services, possessions, supplies or any other items necessary
for the operation and maintenance of the facility.
- Negotiating with any labor unions.
- Designing, establishing and maintaining a suitable accounting
system.
- Advising and assisting the Owner in designing an adequate and
appropriate public relations program.
- Recommending rate structures for patient care.
- Obtaining and maintaining, in the name of and at the expense of
the Owner, all licenses and permits required in connection with
the operation of the facility.
- Supervising the depositing of accounts and specify, with the
approval of the Owner, all signatories required.
- Preparing an annual budget and operating plan.
- Monitoring facility maintenance.
- Monitoring compliance with state regulations.
